FUTMINNA Admission Portal 2024

FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Form is an application form that candidates who chose FUTMINNA as their first choice in the 2024 UTME or Direct Entry must fill and submit online to be eligible for the screening exercise.

The screening exercise is also known as the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE) and it is designed to test the candidates’ academic ability and suitability for their chosen courses.

The FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Form is available on the university’s website at https://www.futminna.edu.ng. The form costs N2,000 and can be paid online using a debit card or through a bank branch. The form will be on sale from August 22, 2024, to November 9, 2024.

FUTMINNA Admission Screening Requirements

To apply for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Form, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have chosen FUTMINNA as your first choice in the 2024 UTME or Direct Entry.
  • You must have scored at least 160 in the 2024 UTME, except for some courses that have higher cut-off marks.
  • You must have the correct UTME subject combination for your chosen course as prescribed in the JAMB Brochure.
  • You must have at least five O’ Level credits, including Mathematics and English Language, in subjects relevant to your chosen course at not more than two sittings.
  • If you are applying through Direct Entry, you must have a minimum of Lower Credit at National Diploma and/or Higher National Diploma level(s) or Merit at NCE level.

If you do not meet any of these requirements, you can still apply for a change of course to another course that matches your qualifications. However, this will attract a processing fee of N2,000.

How to Apply for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Form

To apply for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Form, follow these steps:

  • Visit https://www.futminna.edu.ng and click on “UPASE” under “Admissions”.
  • Enter your JAMB Registration Number and one of your names and click on “Login”.
  • Fill in your personal and academic details as required.
  • Upload your passport photograph (not more than 25KB) and scanned copies of your O’ Level results (not more than 100KB each).
  • Preview and confirm your information before submitting.
  • Generate an invoice and pay the application fee of N2,000 online using a debit card or through a bank branch.
  • Print out a copy of your application form and payment receipt for reference.

Date and Venue for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Exercise

The date and venue for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Exercise will be communicated to candidates via email and SMS after the application deadline. Candidates are advised to check their email and phone regularly for updates.

Candidates are also expected to print out their screening schedule slip from the university’s website and bring it along with their original credentials to the screening venue.

Candidates are advised to adhere to all COVID-19 safety protocols during the screening exercise. Candidates who fail to participate in the screening exercise will forfeit their admission chances.

FUTMINNA Post UTME Cut Off Mark

The cut-off mark for FUTMINNA Post UTME Screening Exercise is determined by the performance of candidates in both the UTME and the screening exercise. The university will publish the minimum score required for each course on its website after the screening exercise. Candidates who score above the cut-off mark will be considered for admission based on merit and availability of spaces.
