How to Check Auchi Polytechnic Admission List 2024/2025

The management of Auchi Polytechnic has released the merit and supplementary admission list for the 2024/2025 academic year, and you can access it through two ways: the JAMB CAPS portal or the school portal. I will explain both methods in detail below.

How to Check Your Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

JAMB CAPS is the official portal where you can accept or reject your admission offer from any institution in Nigeria. To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS, follow these steps:

• Visit https://portal.jamb.gov.ng and log in with your username and password.
• On the dashboard, click on “Check Admission Status”.
• Select your exam year and enter your JAMB registration number.
• Click on “Check Admission Status” again and you will see a message indicating your admission status.
• If you have been offered admission, you will see a “Congratulations!” message and a button to accept or reject the offer.
• If you have not been offered admission, you will see a “Not Admitted” message or an “Admission in Progress” message. In that case, you should check back later or try the school portal method.

How to Check Your Admission Status on Auchi Polytechnic Portal

The school portal is where you can access all the information related to your admission into Auchi Polytechnic, such as your course of study, department, fees, and registration. To check your admission status on the school portal, follow these steps:

• Visit auchipoly-online.com/admissionlistcriterialisting.php and select your course program (ND or HND).
• Choose your department and your course from the drop-down menus.
• Click on “Check Admission List” and you will see a list of candidates who have been admitted into your chosen course.
• If you have been admitted, you will see your name, JAMB registration number, and other details on the list.
• If you have not been admitted, you will see a “No Record Found” message or an empty list. In that case, you should check back later or try the JAMB CAPS method.

Supplementary Information

• If your name appears on the Auchi Poly Admission 2024/2025 list, check with your admission officer to find out if you qualified. If you do, proceed to accept the online admission offer and pay the acceptance fee as directed.
• Register for your courses, then print two (2) copies of the application form and mail it to a member of your school’s staff. Please note that your admission will be forfeited if you do not submit your registration within two (2) weeks.
• The registration process and administration fee are mandatory requirements for all accepted students. All new and returning students must sign into the student portal, print the Tertiary Institution Social Health Insurance Program (Print Form), fill it out, and then give it to the Auchi Poly Cottage Hospital.
• Note that Auchi Poly MIS will never charge applicants or students for registration, processing of results, admission error rectification, or admission, and won’t ask you to call any employees.

What to Do After Checking Your Admission Status

If you have been offered admission into Auchi Polytechnic, congratulations! You have taken a big step towards achieving your academic goals. However, there are still some things you need to do to secure your admission and complete your registration. These include:

• Accepting your admission offer on JAMB CAPS.
• Printing out your JAMB admission letter and original result slip.
• Paying your acceptance fee and school fees online or at designated banks.
• Printing out your payment receipts and clearance forms.
• Completing your online clearance and biometric verification.
• Collecting your admission letter and course registration form from the school.
• Registering for your courses online or at the department.
• Attending the orientation program and matriculation ceremony.
