Federal Government Survival Fund 2024
The Survival Fund Programme consists of three categories: Payroll Support, MSME Grants and Guaranteed Offtake Scheme. Each of these categories has a specific purpose and eligibility criteria, which we will explain in this blog post.
- Payroll Support: This category is for businesses that have at least three employees and are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). The aim is to provide financial support of 30,000 to 50,000 naira per employee for three months, depending on the number of employees. The payroll support is meant to help businesses pay their staff salaries and prevent job losses.
- MSME Grants: This category is for businesses that are not registered with the CAC but have a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) and evidence of business activities. The aim is to provide a one-time grant of 50,000 naira to 100,000 businesses to help them recover from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Guaranteed Offtake Scheme: This category is for businesses that produce essential goods and services that are in high demand during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as face masks, hand sanitizers, food items, etc. The aim is to provide a guaranteed market and off-take of these products by the federal government, thereby stimulating production and income generation.
How to Apply for Survival Fund 2024/2025
To apply for any of the Survival Fund categories, you need to follow these steps:
- Visit the official Survival Fund portal at www.survivalfund.gov.ng
- Sign up with your personal and business information
- Select the category you wish to apply for
- Upload the necessary documents required for your category on the portal
- Click on submit
Your application will be reviewed and verified by the Survival Fund team. If you are successful, you will receive an email notification and payment details. Please note that you can only apply for one category and you should not pay any fee to anyone to access the Survival Fund Programme.
