FUTMINNA 2024/2025 Acceptance Fee Payment Procedure

Have you been offered an admission to study at the Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) for the 2024/2025 academic session. In this post, I will guide you on how to pay your acceptance fee and complete your registration online.

How Much is FUTMINNA Acceptance

The acceptance fee for FUTMINNA is N20,000 (Twenty thousand naira only) and it is non-refundable. You are required to pay this fee within two weeks of receiving your admission offer, otherwise you risk losing your admission.

How to reprint FUTMINNA Admission Letter

Before you proceed to pay your acceptance fee, you need to reprint your admission status letter from the university portal. This letter contains your student ID, which you will need for the payment and registration process. To reprint your admission status letter, follow these steps:

  • Visit the FUTMINNA admission portal at https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng/adms/
  • Click on the 2024/2025 ADMISSION STATUS link to print/reprint your admission letter.
  • Enter your JAMB registration number or application number in the space provided and click on submit.
  • Your admission status letter will be displayed on the screen. Print it out and keep it safe.

How to pay FUTMINNA Acceptance Fee Online

After reprinting your admission status letter, you can proceed to pay your acceptance fee online using any of the available payment options. To pay your acceptance fee online, follow these steps:

  • Visit the FUTMINNA eportal at https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng/
  • Click on the link ‘Request for new Password’ on the login page.
  • Enter your student ID (from your admission status letter) and click on submit.
  • A page will be displayed, showing the email created for you by the university. Note down this email address as you will need it later.
  • To access your school email, visit www.gmail.com and enter your email address and password. Your password is your JAMB registration number. The system will prompt you to change your password. Make sure you use a password that you can remember and keep it safe.
  • Click on the inbox to retrieve the eportal password sent to your email. If you don’t see the password in the inbox, check the spam folder.
  • Go back to the FUTMINNA eportal and enter your student ID and the eportal password from the email.
  • Click on login and your portal page will be displayed showing your record.
  • Update your personal record and continue.
  • Click on the acceptance fee menu on the left pane.
  • Select payment option (either debit card or bank transfer) and click on submit button to complete the FUTMINNA acceptance fee payment.

Note: If you have difficulty paying with your debit card, try using bank transfer option. You can also pay at any bank branch using the generated RRR on the screen, and then return to the portal to re-query the RRR you picked.

  • Once the payment is successful, a confirmation page will be displayed. Print it out and keep it safe.

How to complete FUTMINNA Registration Online

After paying your acceptance fee, you can proceed to complete your registration online. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Visit the FUTMINNA eportal at https://eportal.futminna.edu.ng/
  • Login with your student ID and eportal password.
  • Click on course registration menu on the left pane.
  • Select session (2024/2025) and semester (first) and click on submit button.
  • Select courses from the list of available courses and click on add button.
  • Confirm your course selection and click on submit button.
  • Print out your course registration form and keep it safe.

You have successfully completed your FUTMINNA acceptance fee payment and registration online. You are advised to visit the university website regularly for updates on resumption date, clearance requirements, hostel allocation, etc.
