In this blog post, we will provide you with all the information you need to know about the NCS screening date, venue, requirements and CBT test.

NCS Screening Date 2024

The NCS screening date for the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise has been announced by the Nigeria Customs Service. The screening will take place on Saturday, 15th June, 2024.

All candidates who have been shortlisted for the screening should make sure they attend the screening exercise at their designated venues. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the recruitment process.

The NCS screening is a mandatory stage of the recruitment exercise that follows after the application and shortlisting of candidates. The screening is meant to verify the identity, qualifications and suitability of the candidates for the NCS jobs. Therefore, candidates should prepare well for the screening and bring along all the necessary documents and materials.

NCS CBT Test

The NCS CBT test is a computer-based test that will be conducted for all candidates who have passed the screening stage. The CBT test is designed to assess the knowledge, skills and abilities of the candidates in relation to the NCS jobs they applied for. The CBT test will cover topics such as general knowledge, current affairs, mathematics, English language and customs-related issues.

The CBT test will be held on a date that will be communicated to the candidates via email or SMS. Candidates should check their email and phone regularly for updates on the CBT test date, time and venue. Candidates should also study hard for the CBT test and practice with past questions and answers if possible.

NCS Screening Venue

The NCS screening venue will be different for each state in Nigeria. The NCS will assign a specific venue for each state where the candidates who have been shortlisted for that state will report for the screening exercise. Candidates should check their email or SMS for the details of their screening venue and report there on time.

The NCS screening venues are usually located in public places such as schools, stadiums, halls or centres that can accommodate a large number of candidates. Candidates should ensure they locate their screening venue before the screening date and plan their transportation accordingly. Candidates should also dress decently and appropriately for the screening exercise.

The NCS screening requirements are the documents and materials that candidates need to bring along with them to the screening venue. These include:
