The test will consist of multiple-choice questions covering general knowledge, current affairs, English language, mathematics and basic computer skills. The duration of the test will be 60 minutes and candidates will be expected to answer 50 questions.
Candidates who pass the CBT test will be shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process, which is the physical screening and document verification.
NSCDC CBT Test Requirements 2024/2025
To participate in the NSCDC CBT test, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- They must have applied for the NSCDC recruitment 2024/2025 through the official portal at https://cdfipb.careers/
- They must have received an invitation email or SMS from the CDCFIB containing their application number, exam number, seat number, exam center, exam date and time.
- They must print out their invitation letter and bring it along with a valid means of identification (such as National ID Card, Voters Card, International Passport or Drivers License) to the exam center.
- They must not belong to any secret society, cult or fraternity or have any criminal record.
- They must be physically and mentally fit and present a medical certificate from a recognized government hospital.
NSCDC CBT Test Venues 2024/2025
The NSCDC CBT test will take place in designated centers across the 36 States of the Federation and FCT. Candidates are advised to check their invitation letter or visit https://cdfipb.careers/ to confirm their exam center, date and time.
How to Prepare for NSCDC CBT Test 2024/2025
To increase your chances of passing the NSCDC CBT test 2024/2025, you should do the following:
- Study hard and revise your notes on general knowledge, current affairs, English language, mathematics and basic computer skills.
- Practice with past questions and answers from previous NSCDC recruitment exams. You can download them online or buy them from bookshops.
